Terms and Conditions

In the international forwarding business, communicating terms and conditions clearly and unequivocally is an important condition for successful development.
 
As a contractor, we exclusively adhere to the General Austrian Forwarders' Terms and Conditions (AÖSp), our own bill-of-lading terms and conditions, and the transport, handling, storage, port and bill-of-lading terms and conditions of the shipping lines or contracted companies which we represent. We do not permit declarations of value or interest. Indeed, we expressly object to any form of declaration of value or interest and any waiver of liability limits.
