- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung des Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagementsystems innerhalb des Integrierten Management Systems (IMS)
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung umweltrechtlicher Vorgaben und behördlicher Anforderungen, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Umweltaspekte- und Rechtsregister
- Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung interner Audits in den Bereichen Qualität, Umwelt und HSE
- Begleitung externer Zertifizierungs- und Überwachungsaudits (z. B. ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001)
- Analyse und Monitoring von Qualitäts- und Umweltkennzahlen sowie Ableitung und Nachverfolgung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Nachhaltigkeitsberichts, insbesondere im Bereich QHSE
- Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung des CO₂-Reportings (Scope 1–3)
- Koordination der Datenerhebung und Plausibilisierung von Emissions- und Umweltkennzahlen
- Unterstützung bei der Definition und Umsetzung von Klimazielen und Reduktionsmaßnahmen
- Mitarbeit bei Risiko- und Chancenanalysen im Rahmen des integrierten Managementsystems
- Sensibilisierung und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden zu Umwelt-, HSE- und Nachhaltigkeitsthemen
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung prozessorientierter Strukturen und Abläufe

Deine Aufgaben und Schwerpunkte
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Umweltmanagement, Nachhaltigkeit, Umwelttechnik, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umwelt- oder HSE-Management
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in ISO 14001 sowie idealerweise ISO 9001 und ISO 45001
- Erfahrung in der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung und im CO₂-Reporting
- Kenntnisse gängiger Standards und Rahmenwerke im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit und Klimaberichterstattung von Vorteil
- Verständnis für Emissionsberechnungsmethoden (Scope 1–3)
- Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement sind von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
