- Prüfung, Erstellung und Verhandlung von Verträgen unterschiedlichster Art
- Rechtliche Prüfung und Begleitung von Ausschreibungen, Angeboten und NDA-Vereinbarungen
- Betreuung und Koordination von Rechtsstreitigkeiten einschließlich der Steuerung externer Rechtsanwälte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kanzleien, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Gerichtsverfahren, versicherungsrechtlichen Themen und Schadensfällen
- Fachliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Versicherungsabteilung
- Rechtliche Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung in laufenden operativen und strategischen Fragestellungen
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Themenfelder Kartellrecht und Datenschutz innerhalb des Unternehmens
- Identifikation rechtlicher Risiken sowie Erarbeitung praxisnaher und wirtschaftlich tragfähiger Lösungen
- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung interner Standards, Richtlinien und Compliance-Strukturen

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsrechts
- Idealerweise abgeschlossene Rechtsanwaltsausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren juristischen Funktion in einem Unternehmen oder einer Wirtschaftskanzlei
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht, Wirtschaftsrecht und idealerweise im Versicherungsrecht
- Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten und in der Steuerung externer Berater von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Datenschutz oder Kartellrecht sind wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, juristische Sachverhalte verständlich und praxisorientiert darzustellen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
